Sam, Zeke and Jason were also pros. They tackled a job that we thought would take at least two days and made mincemeat out of it. The were superconscientious about clean-up, made every effort to speed the job on the way, showed up early, and made what could very easily have been an ordeal for us into a walk in the park. Sam, especially, was most cooperative. He worked closely with us, advising on the placement of the sliding door in the dining room. This resulted in the least amount of work for us to finish off the siding and the interior, for which we were extremely grateful.

Forethought, planning, organization, knowing-your-stuff, and people skills: we have nothing but glowing words of appreciation for the entire crew at AWS, and will certainly recommend your company to anyone of our acquaintance that is in need of windows. I am writing this letter to you to let you know how pleased we are with all of you and your company. The whole process from beginning to end has been very satisfying.

When Judy came to our home to tell us about the Simonton Windows, she was very informative and helpful. Judy guided us through the selection process and did not pressure us in any way. We like the approach that she has, with the presenting and informing us about the windows and the installation.

When Roberta and Tom came to the house for the measurements, we found them very comfortable to be around. Their honesty and character was very apparent. We were told that the windows would arrive in 3 weeks, and they did arrive in 3 weeks.

Now these three guys, Sam, Jason and Zeke...we are ready to adopt all of them. They were the type of people that you enjoy having come to your home and do work for you. They were efficient, clean, fast and they knew exactly what they were doing. There was just a little bit of touching up with paint to do. Our house and yard were left clean and orderly.

We love our new windows. Our house has a totally different look. The quality of the windows really show through.

From the beginning, your sales representative Judy, was not only delightful to work with but the most professional of any of the representatives that gave us service bids. I appreciated her prompt returning of phone calls and efforts to give us the best prices possible.

We very much enjoyed, as well, the personal touch of having you, the owners, come to our home for measurements.

In addition, your secretary was always very pleasant over the phone. She always kept us updated on the status of our order and was very accommodating to our schedule.

Finally, your work crew was exemplary! Not only were they friendly and courteous, but they did their installation so quickly and quietly that I hardly knew they were here.
